We ship from our Logistics Center in Athens, Greece.
Our jewelry are made to order. The estimated creation time is 10 days. After creation, your order will be dispatched within 1-2 working days. We ship all orders through registered, recorded delivery and are happy to help with any urgent delivery requests.
As soon as your order is on the way, we will send you an email with your tracking number. All our jewelry are made to order. Estimated creation time is 10 business days from the day of purchase. If you haven’t received an email yet please check your junk mail or spam folders. Otherwise contact us and we will be able to resend your email to you for your reference.
We ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. For more information check your shipping according to your location.

If you are accessing our website from outside the European Union, or your computer or server is located in a country outside the European Union, the prices on our website are shown with the VAT/Sales Tax excluded. You pay the applicable import taxes and customs fee according to your country's policy when your order is delivered.
International orders may be subject to customs or import duties and tax charges once they reach their destination country outside of Greece. These charges are payable by the customer and we do not currently cover this cost. Unfortunately as these costs are beyond our control and vary between countries, we cannot advise prior to shipment how much they will be. If you would like to find out how much these charges will be, we recommend contacting your local customs office before placing an order.
Returns
20 Day Returns
EU & UK customers.
- We offer refunds for EU & UK customers through our online return portal.
- After completing the steps in the return portal you will receive an email with return instructions.
International customers.
- Complete the return form and send it back to us together with your return in a well packaged parcel.
NOTES
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging.
- We do not bear any responsibility in case of lost package. For your safety please keep the courier receipt until the return is complete. Please note that you will be responsible for any shipping fees.
- Items purchased through a third-party vendor (outside of aflowdesigns.com) can not be returned or refunded here. Please reach out to the company the items were purchased from.
Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
We always check each package before sending it your way to ensure everything is perfect. In an unlikely case of an issue, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Once we’ve received and inspected your return we will issue a refund. We will notify you and let you know if the refund was not approved for any reason.
If approved, then your refund will be processed and you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@aflowdesigns.com.
Please note shipping costs are not refundable.
For Greek purchases in case of (COD) cash on delivery, you will be asked to provide a bank account to receive the refund there. Please note that in the case of (COD), the transfer fee charged by your bank will not be refunded.
You will receive your refund within the following period of 7 business days after its approval in the same way you originally used for your purchase, by Card, Paypal or bank account for COD. If the 15 days have passed and you haven’t yet received the refund, please contact us at info@aflowdesigns.com.
